Justin and Janna
Justin is a native of Jacksonville, NC who loves boating, surfing and anything on or around the water. His 20+ years of management & sales experience, love of the ocean and extensive marine industry knowledge naturally helped form J&J’s. His desire to work along side Janna, mentor and give back to the community, and extreme drive for success continue to ensure profitable growth for the company.
Janna is a native of Winston Salem, NC and has lived in Topsail Island and Wilmington, NC most of her life. Her 20+ years of bookkeeping and office administration are an integral part of the organization’s success. Janna’s passion for health & wellness, desire to ensure work family balance, and background in social work are key contributors to the overall stability of our staff and the company. She will work along side Justin to continue providing the level of personal quality customer service and employee commitment that will take J&J Boat Services to the next level.
Manager
Rich
Rich is a native of Vermont but moved to the coastal Carolina region 15+ years ago and has hung his snow boots and jacket up permanently! He came aboard J&J's 12 years ago and has been in all facets of the business along the way which is why we are proud to now have him as our General Manager. His prior experiences, team leadership skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn are just some of the natural talents he carries to help move and carry on the vision at J&J's.
