Our Captain worked with J&J Boat Services when our 64' Hatteras needed prop work on its way to Florida. J&J did a great job and was very professional and polite. Great people, excellent service! You are always responsive ... especially the day we needed to depart to take our boat to Wilmington per our written hurricane plan with the insurance company. In this case, the timing was sensitive. We just left the slip and then got black smoke out the stack. We contacted you and you were there RIGHT AWAY. You found that the problem was rapid growth on the bottom, and got right in the water to fix it. As soon as you finished, we were on our way again and the problem was solved! That inspires confidence. I called later to ask for an estimate on some other wash/wax services but my husband insisted that was HIS job ... guess who didn't get it entirely finished? I'll keep working on him ... Happy New Year!
